About Rachel

I grew up in Huntsville, AL with three younger sisters who all still live in the area. If you meet another 'Derivaux', yes, we are likely related. I love animals & have a German Shepherd, Bella. She will occasionally show up during a session, but if she is ever a distraction I'll make sure to boot her from the office. My journey with telehealth started during Covid & I enjoyed the flexibility it allowed. I don't have a physical office & work from my home. This is why I'm not able to meet for sessions in person.
I spend as much time outdoors as possible. I enjoy hiking & did a section of the Appalachian Trail in 2015 with my aussie, Cooper. Mountain biking is a new found hobby & I've checked out most of the beginner friendly trails around town. I like to bake & learned how to make decorated sugar cookies several years ago & like the challenge of creating fun treats for family & friends.
